Default Safelink Wireless

Safelink Wireless has expanded the number of states that it's available in. Here is the updated list:

https://www.safelinkwireless.com/Enr...ingStates.aspx

This is a great program if you are on SSDI, SSI or any type of public assistance. The phone is free and it's updated with minutes each month. I believe it's 68 minutes per month and you can purchase additional minutes if you need them.

I use this phone exclusively and it's saved me $$ since I don't have to pay for a home phone anymore. I don't talk on the phone that much so it works well for me.

Just wanted to bring this to everyone's attention again as it's a really good program.

I have a phone through this program and feel so much more confident when I go out now, I used to worry about 'what if's' and now I don't have to because I know I can always call someone if I need help. I have thought about turning off my landline, still may do it too. It's a great program.

There are days when I wish I still had my landline. Like when I need to call somewhere but know I'll be on hold for a long time. Hate using up my minutes like that. But, it's not worth the $35 a month I was paying for it. I love my Safelink phone. I've saved quite a bit not having to pay for the cell phone or the landline anymore. I'm glad to hear you're enjoying yours, too!
