Default Head pressures

Did anyone experience head pressures and low neck pressures. I have suffered mild head concussion month ago and for the past few days besides the usual head pressure I experience feeling as my head is very heavy and I cannot hold it which puts great discomfort on my neck. I cannot find neuro to see for the next 2 weeks and was not tested- MRI. I hit my head on the top of my head when I was entering car. I didn't pass out, but have not been feeling good since. Please advice if anyone had similar experience and what to watch for.
Thank you,
Margaret
