Smile ACDF on March 2nd

Well, I just had my final pre-op appt. with my neuro yesterday, and after my last MRI and a lengthy discussion we decided on only fusing C5, C6 & C7. it was up for discussion whether to fuse C4 also, but he feels that we can avoid that last level and still give me a bit more ROM along with solving all my neck and arm issues.

I'm very anxious now for the surgery, want it done and over with. I have been fitted for my surgical collar, and have made all my preparations, I am ready. Bring it on! (I hope I'm this optimistic after surgery!)

Thank you to everyone for all the helpful information and advice. I hope to be one of the success stories on here. I know there are quite a lot that have had this surgery and offered suggestions and advice. All is appreciated. I don't think you can ever be over prepared for something like this.

Any last minute advice is welcome!
Thanks
