Default help me entertain the day--without tv, computers

ok...admitting tv and computers are too much for me...no more than 10 mins at a time.

I am really going stir crazy. Everything is too much. I went for a walk with a friend..and then she came in for tea. Chatting say a little more than an hour. My head started feeling weird ...and bam headache an hour later.

I just don't know what to do to entertain the entire day. I do the wash..dishes, etc. that doesn't take long. Kids are in school from 9-3 and i'm going crazy.

even if I go for a few short walks...what else. I've tried knitting....everything is only a few mins.

Oh...and even talking on the phone is not good. What is going on???

I feel like a prisoner in my own house.

HELP!!

Hi there
One thing I wish I could get accomplished is to get all the umteen thousands of pictures throughout the years of my kids growing up and the things that we've done - organized somehow. They are all just in boxes and whatnot.

Maybe this would spark a headache tho?
When I feel a headache coming on, I lie down with a cool rag on my forehead.
Does this help you at all?

Are you able to take some time to do some relaxing stretching exercises....
In between things that take up too much 'thinking'...?

...(I'm kinda talking to myself here, cause I need this!)....

I try to accomplish some sort of 'housecleaning venture' that I hadn't been able to do for the past 5 yrs because of my pain issues......but I did just get a new vaccuum that has attachments to reach hard-to-get areas.....

Maybe take on a project that wouldn't take too much out of you......
paint a wall a color you never thought you'd consider?! lime green ?

Do you like to swim? I go to a local health improvement therapy pool (warrrrm water )
It feels great to just tread water and do easy non-weight bearing exercises.....

I dunno....I saw your post and thought, what the heck.....thought I'd throw a few things out there
