Exclamation Tooth nerve pain may be messing w/my healing

Hey- hope you're all healing well.

While I was told I didn't need a root canal (thank God), the pain has become so intense from the front tooth nerve (from an impact w/a heavy glass six months ago) that I couldn't sleep last night w/o ibuprofin & a 2nd pillow (elevation seems to help a bit).

What set it off was a spoon accidentally tapping it Mon., and biting down on a chicken bone by accident Fri. (w/other front tooth).

Could be the tooth nerve pain could be amplified from the PCS headache, or is prolonging it. If I need to cure the tooth nerve, maybe accupuncture will help? I hope to avoid joint/liver/stomach/heart damage from too much ibuprofin...

Thanks for any insights. God bless-
