I have tried acupuncture for the headaches, and I found that it really did not help too much.

I tried the first month that I was injured, and at that time I found that the acupuncture relaxed me, but it was too stimulating for my headaches.

I tried it again closer to one year after the accident, and I didn't find that it helped the headaches much.

But that's me. Everyone is different, so it might work for you. It is relaxing.

What I did find that helped me more was cranial sacral physical therapy.
