[Momma's Kids]

Hello babies, sorry Momma ain't been payin you no mind, don't mean I ain't been thinkin and prayin fer ya. Hope all of you are taking 'ME' time and not taking all yer time fer other folks. It sho nuff seems like ya can git all bogged down like a truck in mud taking care of those around ya. I know it is a satisfying feeling to be able to go that extra few inches and see the family getting all their needs met. However, you can put yourself in a world of hurt ifn ya ain't careful, ain't saying to ignore the heck outta them.
Sometimes ya gotta step back look in the mirror and see what's up with you. I ain't read nowhere in any book that it says, "knock ya self out fer the family'.

Well, I'm gonna give ya the short version, of the past several months.
November 2010...102 year old grandmother got sick, got worse.
December 2010...she was back in the hospital, spent a week with her.
January 2011...came home, died on the 9th.

January 2011...husband too drunk to attend viewing or funeral
January 2011...paid husband's fines from Nov. driving w/o insurance on Friday
January 2011...Sunday decided to drive and drink got a DUI.

January...had enough and told him to leave and by the end of the month back on hospital vacation for over a week.

April...on the beach in Navarre, Fl. thanks to my sister and BIL. They invited me for the week on their vacation.
May 2nd, I start a part time job.

Hey, things got rough, then rougher...but I'm still here. I might be broke, trying to lose fat, and single...but I'm still kickin with the chickins.

I love you all...and you nevah evah know when I might just pop in to see what yall are doin.

Don't make me come smack ya...take care and get some me time. Make somebody buy ya a Kindle for Mother's Day if you don't have one. Ifn ya too lazy to read, don't worry it'll read to ya! LOL
