Default vitamin brands suggestions?

Hello all,

Because of the quantity of vitamins that I take I would like to "upgrade" my vitamins. Preferably with the least amount of extra ingredients.

Most of the ones that I take are the Nature Made brand. I did visit my local health food store today and there were a few choices.

I should mention that I do have a weak stomach, which is part of the reason why I would like to change.

In a previous post Eowyn kindly mentioned that she took a supplement from NOW. Anyone else?

Thank you!

I mostly use Jarrows Forumlas supplements and a proprietary blend for my multi and B-complex from a co-op in Santa Monica. The B liquid is another brand that I can't recall right now. And I use Barlean's organic Flax Seed Oil for my Omegas.

I take a Xtend-life multivitamin ( http://www.xtend-life.com/ ). Pricey but they get the best reviews from different online sites. They are very easy on the stomach and don't need to take them with food. Upgraded from One-a-Days to these about a month ago. Also take Nordic Naturals Omega-3, Garden of Life Perfect Food supplement, Vitamin Code Raw B Complex, Vitamin Shoppe CoQ-10 100mg, and Vitamin Shoppe BCAA supplement.

My naturopath recommended Genuine Health Multi & Daily Joy multivitamin (note: I don't think it has any iron). I also take Ascenta NutraSea HP fish oil - one thing I like about this product is that you can view the impurities test results online for each batch.
