Lightbulb

Hi clouds

we get a really delicious and healthy Italian soda at our local WholeFoods Supermarket. Comes in a range of fruits and naturally sparkling not carbonated.
My son (who has Crohn's Disease) cant even drink carbonated seltzer, but can drink all naturally sparkling waters

He discovered a while ago that regular soda upset both his crohn's as well as his Tourette Syndrome and any diet soda severely sets off his OCD (the nutrasweet/aspartame and sucralose/splenda artificial sweetener seems to be the cuplrit there along with any artificial colours & flavours and that ever present "high fructose corn syrup"

but yep...soda just does not seem to be good for us
(says a secret one a day original coca cola gal....... )

ps my husband drinks Welch's grape juice mixed with seltzer and says it is better than grape flavoured soda anyday )
