Default Update

Just an update, saw my GP to find out what the surgeon's final report was (has my last appt with him a month or so ago)...finally got refered to a pain clinic and a new physiatrist (to determine what my limitations are)...I am hoping the pain clinic or the physiatrist will be able to rule out RSD as has been mentioned to me...I'd rather know then not know.

Also going to see a dietician - I have wanted to lose weight and figured this was as good a time as any...can't hurt. Been a couch potato for too long now!

Pain is still...there. I wish it would go away. I look like a racoon half the time because I can't sleep. Still doing my usualy PT, MT and chiro...keeping at it.

Hope everyone is well
