Arrow Big Pharma May be Handed Blanket Immunity for All Drug Side Effects, Deaths

Big Pharma May be Handed Blanket Immunity
for All Drug Side Effects, Deaths
http://www.naturalnews.com/024688.html

Monday, November 03, 2008 by: David Gutierrez
The Supreme Court may rule that pharmaceutical companies cannot be sued for dangerous or even deadly side effects from their drugs if those side effects arise from an FDA-approved use.

Under a legal argument known as "pre-emption," the FDA's approval of a drug absolves companies of any responsibility if that drug later turns out to be dangerous, even if information was concealed from the FDA during the approval process. While courts have rejected this argument for decades, the winds appear to be shifting.

Default Yes it can!

Will the change of US administration change our life?

YES, IT CAN !

Pre-emption is the worst that may happen.
But if not possible to stop, we, people from EU, share your hope for your new president and his future US government to put all their energy and engage their morality at work in order to develop respect of laws and procedures particularly in the FDA as well as in any new drug intermediate administration they may create to stop the drugs companies that have followed the most insane rules in their behaviors.

Because no economic target problem can ever allow quackery, cheats, lies to play this deadly game upon human lives and permit the horrors perpetuated against so many in the world, in rich and much more in poor countries, no nothing
Because the biggest country in this world can not let this be,
Because you and us , PwP's can not and will not let this be neither in US nor here, on the other side of the pond ans nowhere else.

So, american friends, congratulations for your new president and best wishes to all of you,
As allied by PD but more, much more, linked by our humanity, all our hope raises with yours.

Anne

Angry This is just horrible!

In my state, GWBush already got this going, so we cannot
hold drug companies accountable! The judge who was instrumental in this nasty situation was voted out last night.
(Cliff Taylor of the Mich. Supreme Court). But it may just be too late for the rest of the Nation, sadly.

The drug industry desperately wants this for when the millions of people taking statins realize how they have been poisoned!

It is also for the vaccine industry.
