Default Who fooled mother nature?

Okay it's officially spring now and I think mother nature's angry at someone, probably me for planting my flowers too soon. I woke up to a fresh coat of snow and there's whiteout conditions on the bypass.

My poor crocuses done croaked.

Oh no! I hope it wasn't my angry letter.

I think mother nature has officially hit menopause. It was so beautifully hot and sunny two days ago that I actually got sunburned while at the playground with DD.

The next day it was cold. I think she is having hot flashes. We should make her some tea and buy her her some chocolates.

Default Brrr

I don't put away the boots, shovels, gloves etc. until May.
I've seen blizzards in April, so I will wait.

Looking forward to putting that stuff away

Niko

Our weather here is incredibly volatile in spring - last Tuesday it was 80 degrees, and Thursday it was snowing like crazy! We get a lot of wind and sudden storms, sometimes tornadoes. These wild temperature swings are really bugging me this year.

Grins evilly......better you than me! It evidently stayed south of us!

I have enough snow leftover, TYVM. There's no bare ground in my yard yet, no sign of any flowers or grass, no sign of the ice going out, cold, windy and soooo NOT spring yet!

I can't find anything under the snow left and I am NOT starting seeds until I see some sign of winter leaving!
