Default Brain Talk seems to have tanked again

and, according to email I received, John Lester is nowhere to be seen again. If you have friends there, invite them over.

Thanks Paula!

I might be exaggerating a bit..But John hasnt been around for a year?..Sounds like its time to break out the shovels to me, and Mr Wein's e-mail didnt sound too encouraging either..The way he mentioned that John hadnt been around for a year, struck me as disgruntled

Steve - great video - love the music! I thought the email was truly a frustrated S.O.S. as well - can't imagine that those left behind by Mr. Lester are very happy at having to keep things running without actually having access to the hardware - or the guy with the keys to the hardware. Is John still busy with Second Life? (Is that what it's called?)

Default E-mail from BT

Howdy again folks..

Sad to say the error is still afflicting BT and no word yet from Mr. Lester. There are 2 reasons for this email being sent.#1 It is possible (not 100% ... seems to depend on the server load ... amount of people online) to send and receive private messages still. So if there is someone you would like to connect with, please use the PM system and give them your email address so you may keep in touch. Instructions at the end of this email will explain how to clear the cookies set by BT and the cache to ensure a better chance of being able to use the PM system.

Reason #2..

If I have not heard from Mr. Lester by Saturday I will be turning off BT. I do not want to risk further databse corruptions by keeping it online indefinately. This means you won't be able to use the PM system until BT comes online again. If you have any questions please contact me via email at **

Default Braintalk Lives on!

I got an email about the soon-to-be death of Braiintalk Communities, then received one saying it had been saved. It took me about hour, but I finally posted.

As Paula pointed out, we really need the archived or older posts from BT to tell the complete story. There's some awesome stuff there. Jean - Wayback is good, but doesn't always get to what you need.

I am hoping that people will keep up with topics for the book and send their old postings our way. (And keep punching me - I've been having a time with back and neck issues again!
