Default New with questions? My headaches..

Hi! Im new. Ive been havingn wierd headache problems for the past 10 years. It started as a very intense 5-15 second pain in the back of my head, NOT a headache though, it felt more surface like. I would put my fingers to my scalp and expect them to be covered in blood. The pain was intense and made me scream out and put my hands to the pain. This continued just a few times a year for awhile. Slowly it got more frecquent. It would hurt when I laughed a lot and bent over. Laying down makes the pain go away. For years I told my doctors about this but they just brushed it off.

but now its infinetly worse. It hurts almost constantly. And its not just 15 seconds. Laughing and bending over do hurt, I used to be able to clean for a long time and just lay down afterwards, now I do stuff that involves bending over for just a minute or two and then I need to lay down for at least 20 minutes. It now hurts to do anything at all physical, like going up the stairs(I tend to put my hands on the stairs and bound up them) walking for a long time-especially in the sun-something to do with scquinting? shivering, running, even leaning over a table to write or do something makes it hurt. Its essentially constant and is forcing me to spend most of my time laying flat. Thats the only thing that seems to help.

Ive also had some other wierd symptoms including my hand being numb for a few weeks, and ive had dizzy and nasea problems for as long as I can remember (no clue if thats at all related) I also have a noticable tremor-have had it for the last few years.

im 23.

I am scheduled to see a neurolgist in a few weeks but if all goes well they will scqueeze me in this week.

What do you guys think? To me being the science student that I am, I think its chiari....but who knows. How are your guys headaches? Are they at all like mine? Its a very strange but super painfull sensation in the back of my head, raps around from one side near the ear to the other, its lower scalp almost at the neck. The area is also tender to the touch.

Ideas? what should I expect at the neurolgist?
