Hi, I posted a few days ago concerned that I have chiari. I just got back from the neurolgist. and he is fairly certain that I do have chiari. Im going to get an MRI today.
im worried that im going to have to stop alll the busy things going on in my life, summer jobs, grad school, this could halt everything. im scared, but maybe more scared that the tests are clear and he isnt sure what it is |

once you get diax you need to see a Neurosurgeon . You can go on with your life . there is no need to stop all your busy things. Life goes on. dont know where you got that info. you need a NS who is a specialist in chiari . If the NL says we need to moniter this say no that you want to see a NS. NL really dont know that much about Chiari . There are chiari drs all over the us. where do you live? Roz
