Default Confused and Worried

Hello everyone I am new to the site. I was recently sent for an mri for severe hearing loss and tinnitus in my left ear. The mri results showed that I have chiari 1 malformation. I have done some research on my own and learned that I have more symptoms than I thought. The dr said the hearing loss and tinnitus still cant be explained. In my research though I learned differently. To go along with the hearing loss and tinnitus about 3 months ago my right leg went numb for about 2 or 3 days. I was sent for an mri on my lower back and they found nothing that could cause this. I am an avid fitness freak so I work out alot and I noticed and even told my running partner that I noticed that I had no balance any more. I have been getting frequent head aches for awhile now, which are documented in my medical record and about two years ago my wrists started bothering me with numbness and tingling. From what I've read all of this could be due to the chiari. I am so confused and want some more answers. I am waiting to see the neurologist to find out just how bad it is and what steps I need to take but its driving me nuts waiting.

With all of this information, should I be worried? I dont know what to think. Thank you all so much.
