Hi everyone. So I wanted to know if anyone out there was told to have a "special kind" of physical therapy called isometric and Pilates prior to the decision of surgery. I have cervical spondylosis with occipital neuralgia on top of the Chiari 1. Fun, fun. Anyway, just wanted to see if it helped with the symptoms? Thanks you guys.
