Confused Not Again!

I had two decrompression surgeries late last year for my Chiari (1st one developed a spinal leak). Never have felt good since. Now the headaches, total loss of balance (new) and constant, worsening pain and pressure at the base of my skull. Off to see the neurosurgeon again in a couple of weeks...Hopefully go to DUKE to have surgery done this time. Anyone else finding that this stuff is "coming back"?????????
