Default Syringomyelia doctors???

My daughter was diagnosed with Syringmyelia in April 2009, shunt placed in June 2009. That took care of her syrnix, but now she's having an increase in pain and memory loss. Her Neurosurgeon doesn't know what to do - structurally, everything is stable, but obviously there is something going on. Does anyone know a Neurologist that is knowledgeable in Syringomyelia?? We live in north Florida, but will travel for a consult. Thank you
