Default After Chiari Surgery-My Symptoms Returned

I had surgery April 12 2011 After my surgery, I felt great relief, except I had alot of pain after the surgery from the surgery. My surgeon said it wasn't a very nice recovery. I felt pain free from the Chiari. Then as time went on all the symtoms started returning. Headaches came back, dizziness, I couldn't remember things, that I should remember way back to my childhood, Had a hard time saying certain sentences, loss of balance, leg pain, back pain. The only thing that went away after the surgery was my arm pain, I get such spasms in the neck it is horrible. So after I had surgery I ended up with more symptoms then before I went in. Is that possible? and is it possible to get the symptoms back slowly after surgery?
