Default heavy head

those of us that has this problem besides laying down and resting your head or wearing a collar. anyone have any other solutions

Sounds like you might have CCI (cranio-cervical instability). Have you ever been checked for it or EDS? I have these same issues so I do understand along with a list a mile long of other ones. Sorry I know this is so unbelievably frustrating.

Some days my head feels like it weighs 100 pounds. I've been diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos, CCI (cranio-cervical instability), and a retroflexed odontoid. A decompression and cervical fusion is in my near future.
