Don't feel bad about being confused on the site. Welcome, and there will be people to help you along the way. I still get lost once in a while, and can't copy and paste an address to where a person needs to get to, so I am learning along the way too.
One thing that helps is the navagation bar where is says "search" tap into the name of the illness or disorder. It will take you to that "thread" where people have the same issues you do. Please feel free to go to any room you want to talk. Live chat is kind of slow, but if you ask for directer conversation, somebody will tap in. WOW, talk about lost. I went this morning for an MRI of the Brain and Cervical area. I have been to the place twice and still managed to get lost. I had to call the place twice and ended up being 20 minutes late. I am just so thankful they still do the test.
