Default Exercises after Chiari Decompression

Hi,

Saw this blog while browsing the net to read/ learn about recovering after Chiari Decompression specially what exercises that I can do. I was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation with Syringomyelia last 2012, same as with my fellow Chiarians, headaches are killing me, tingling sensation on both extremities, back pain(numb sensation on the right side of my back), balance issues. And finally had my surgery last January 9, 2014.

Now, 8 months after the surgery, I'm planning to do the T25 exercise. I just want to know from you guys if doing Sit ups, Planks, Push ups, or the whole T25 exercise is advisable?

Thanks!
mdanet, Philippines.

Hello mdanet,

Welcome to the NeuroTalk Support Groups.

I can't help you with your questions I'm sorry but just wanted to say hello and let you know that it's fairly quiet here at this time of night, so don't be disappointed if you don't get replies straight away.

Take care.
