Default Your take on a warped brainstem

Wondering whether some odd symptoms might be explainable by a warped brainstem. I won't bore you with the symptom details just yet. First I was wondering if any of you have seen anything like this. The images move from lateral to the midline and then a little past. Note the warp and the lack of space between the BS and top of the spine. I don't think this is CM but thought maybe you experts would have some advise.

Much obliged,
