I have chiari malformation, and all the symptoms you described are consistent with my own experiences with this. I couldn't comment with the MRI scans but my own shows a part of the brain trailing out of the skull towards the spine which is something they have ficused on for me, but like I am not qualified in the medical profession whatsoever.
