Default When did symptoms appear?

Hello all. For those of you who have symptoms, I’m wondering when they came on. I was diagnosed with Chiari when I was in sixth grade. I had no symptoms and they were looking for something else.
I’m now almost 40 years old and in the last four weeks have started having really painful pressurize headaches in the back of my head and my neck. They started coming around only in the evening but every day that goes by they happen earlier and earlier and last all day. It could be sinuses, it could be a brain tumor. But what I was told when I was a kid was that if I had symptoms they would most likely appear in my 30s or 40s. I have no other symptoms. Does this lineup with anyone else’s experience?
