Confused Chiari 1 symptoms

So I had an MRI over a year ago and the results showed that I had Chiari 1 that was at 6mm. The weird thing is that I went in for a different reason and they discovered it as an "incidental finding". The reason I went to the neurologist is because I stated to develop a stutter and getting facial ticks. I was also getting bad headaches. I am 33 years old and have never had these issues until just over a year ago. All doctors I've seen sum it up to stress/anxiety because it happens more at work because I am an instructor , so I talk more at work. But I've been teaching for over 6 years and am completely comfortable with it.

I read that a symptom of chiari is neurological issues, but nothing specifically mentions stuttering for facial ticks. I was curious to see if anyone else with chiari has experienced these symptoms.

Also, for those who have had the survey, when do you know it's a good time? Do you go off of the size or the symptoms?
