Default Help! Do I have Chiari Malformation?

In May 2007 I began feeling the sensation of 'brain fog'. I felt like I was living in a dream and nothing was real. It had happened a few times before in the previous year but only lasting a few hours. I began to lose weight and get depressed, not knowing what was happening. My Doctors could offer no explanation, and suggested I take anti-depresents. I did not, and till this day am battling brain fog. It gets worse when I exercise and I was wondering if anyone had had these symptoms. Could it be Chiari Malformation?
When I was a baby I had serious breathing problems and had to be hooked up to a big machine... if that makes any difference as I saw it could be a common symptom
