I was dx'd in '04 and do pretty well all things considered. Sm is not my only health issue. Thing is, I have been kind of pushing it lately (I'm moving, so packing, cleaning, painting, etc) and experiencing a lot of site soreness.
I have been able to feel minor pressure at the site - between shoulder blades - since long before my dx. But now it gets to the point where it it pretty intense, almost hurts to breathe. Nothing wrong with heart/lungs. Just back is so sore, know what I mean? I know it'll calm down when I stop over doing. But meanwhile if anyone else experiences something similar, what do you do for relief? Too warm for heating pad.
