Has anyone heard of this?
I recently had a cold virus, lasted about 2 weeks. While it was still going I had to visit my physio as my lower back was very sore all of the time. He loosened up the joints and suggested that i might have a virus in the joints. I thought....what the??? Earlier this week I had many days of mental cloudiness-where you can't think or concentrate-and just couldn't do anything. Lost a few days there. Felt like inflammation and irritation of the neck, but it wasn't particularly sore. It suddenly improved late yesterday, the 5th day, and today is still good, so I think I've recovered. I was then able to do some research, and I now think it was viral arthritis. It usually clears up after a few days, thank goodness, as I was worried that I had taken a permanent turn for the worse.
