If positive for CCP but not RF is possiable to have early RA, and/or may develope it later If negitive for CCP & positive RF then clinical test and symptoms are more effective means to detect the possiablty of RA or some other inflammatory condition. If negitive for both CCP & RF less likely you have RA however RA is a clinical DX and can be present even without positive autoantibodies. Also if you do have RA smoking and drinking makes symptoms worse. Hopes this helps!!
