I received a pair of compression gloves in the mail this morning - hopefully they might help. Hot Wax treatment tomorrow as recommended by the Physioterrorists.

I'm getting good results with the compression gloves. Comfortable to wear all the time without being too warm, the only6 inconvenience is having to take them off every time I use the toilet as they're quite difficult to put back on owing to the necessarily tight construction of them.

Highly recommended.

Having had a couple of therapeutic hot wax treatments from my physioterorist, I took the plunge and bought a Wax Therapy kit from Amazon.

Having used this five or six times now, I'm absolutely delighted - it gives good temporary pain relief and the effect of the wax on my skin is amazing. For an initial investment of only around $50 it's great value and most effective.
