Yes, I use bio freeze, and lidoderm pain patches. Also I have a compounded medication. I can list the ingredients if you want to share it with your doctor. I do a combination of all the therapy I can to help with the arthritis. I also take suppliments, and B12 shots. I hope you can find some relief. ginnie

Yes thanks, if you can list the ingredients I would appreciate it. Do you go for physical therapy?

I have osteoarthritis, and some spurring... I find the new magnesium lotion-- Morton's Epsom lotion very helpful. It reduces swelling and pain somehow.
Available at WalMart and Amazon. Here is its webpage: http://www.mortonsalt.com/for-your-h...-epsom-lotion/ It is miraculous and simple... only $5.98 and one bottle lasts a long time too! WalMart has it in the first aid section. Amazon charges about $2.00 more.

I don't know how to spell the entire words. Your doctor will know what these are. This compounded lotion, works about the best for me. KETA/ CLON/GABA/IMP/MEFEN/TETRE (1) 10%. This numbs, and takes away some of the ache. ginnie
