I am a 45 year old woman with RA, anxiety and depression. I recently had my first denial and hired an attorney. My rheumatologist filled out the paperwork my lawyer requested saying that I cant work. I also have an appointment to see my family dr to get the same paperwork filled out...it asks basically how much I can lift...how long I can sit, walk, etc. How many get approved if the dr fills out the paperwork or can you still be denied again? Thanks for any input!

I think that they go by how much you are able to work and how much you make a month. You cant make over 1070 a month here in arkansas. But getting a lawyer was a good idea.
