Just wondering with your arthritis if you have a lot of neck noises. I have a constant crackling cracks and on and on You name it I hear it and feel it.

I do have DDD some facet arthritis bone spurs and foramen and central canal stenosis in the neck My low back is a mess too

The noises really stress me out Drs tell me to get used to it but it is hard.
There are other circumstances surrounding this as well but won't get into. I have a lot of fear about pain with all this. I have had pain down my arms before and one injection. Thanks for the info
