To all of those who are interested in what people do at a Salvation Army Senior Citizen center, here is a video I made about 3 months ago. I had NEVER done these things in my life and this was my first attempt and of course I grabbed my little video camera to record the whole session. I then began doing this every Tuesday and Thursday (that's when the chair exercise lady comes in). I got so good they made me a teacher (so I could teach them how to dance). That video is titled "They made me a teacher" and the video I'm showing now will link to that one.

But this video is called "I will never need a chiropractor) At least I think that's what I named it. Nevertheless you will see what we all do at the senior center. That's why I found it funny when the physical therapist was treating me like a helpless 66 year old. Me?? Helpless?? Don't think so.

So all of you have a laugh.
