Don't know if you are still around here and how you are doing now. I have a body full of OA, Fibro stuff, hip replacement mess, bursitis it goes on and on. OA hit my lower back at 18 and I'm going on 77 soon. I take a lot of supps and iburpofen...do stretching for back and spine, use ice and heat and keep going. I have a spinal stenosis exercise I use daily and don't depend on the conventional drugs. I don't like all the possible side effects...

I don't have the dizzy issues, they can also be from meds. I've been taking Grape Seed Ex going on 20 yrs soon and this antioxidant addresses our total circulatory system. Head to toes.
