Sorry it's all taking so long for you to find answers.
It's a pity you couldn't have the neck MRI considering your symptoms. Why the brain MRI did the neuro say??
ENT would be helpful if you only were experiencing feeling dizzy but I'm not sure what I'd do in your situation esp. as your eyes are affected like that. I'd maybe leave that until the brain MRI is done.
Hang on there. Hopefully you'll find some answers fast.
