Default Just went thru elimination process with Pendulum

I've been doing pendulum work for probably 15 yrs or so. Is it 100%, sometimes yes and sometimes no.

I'm forever trying arthritic/joint supplements and often can't test before I buy and take them, so I'm close to the end of shark cartlidge and MicroLactin and so I just tested myself for these two and got a negative...so I won't be buying new supplies of these 2.

Now the positives I got just now are Turmeric Phytosome with Meriva, Christopher's Complete Tissue & Bone, Glucosamine Sulfate, and Ligaplex II.
So these will be keepers.

On the Christopher's product, I'm just finishing my 1st bottle and just reading a lot of reviews from many who have good results with this product...

This work is energy and our body. Many alternative healers use pendulum and muscle testing work.

A friend and myself, she's in Ohio, me in CA, would often exchange work long distance and see what answers we get for each other. Often we got the same answers.

Question

I have to wonder if you have taken SAMe? This supplement has decades of data behind it for arthritis and joint pain.

I've used it for over a decade, and it saved me from a knee replacement the ortho surgeon wanted to do on me.

I've tried to discontinue it when I reached the 10yr mark..and my pain always returned. ( I was hopeful to save some $$)

It is most affordable at Costco, where I first bought it -- the savings back then when it was more expensive paid for my membership many times over.

http://www.arthritis.org/living-with...uide/sam-e.php

SAMe has permission from the FDA (because of positive studies using it) to advertise itself for mood, JOINT issues, and Liver health.

I use only NatureMade because this company designed the first effective oral use of the European injectable form. SAMe is not stable in stomach acid and requires a special coating to be effective orally. NatureMade designed this coating and packages this delicate substance so as to avoid moisture damage.

I use 400mg a day first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It is suggested to take a b-complex along with it to help recycle the SAH which is formed when the methyl group is given up in the tissues. This does not have to be a high dose however.

If only SAMe worked for me -- when it first came on the scene here, I'm thinking 15 yrs or more ago, I tried the low suggested dose and nothing....so let it go and then after some yrs a friend was working with higher doses and she thought I should try it again and there I was doing I think it was 800mg per day and again nothing....then she got a lot of nausea on her dose, so she stopped it too. I don't think I'm going to try it again.

Back in the early days of it, it was pricey thinking back, but I was willing to give it a go...it's less today, but it just doesn't work for me.

I'm hoping the Christopher's product will continue to work and this mag knee support could help too, I was wearing the knee support too tight the last couple days, so have it on looser today, and yes, I know you said these mags are not effective, but I'll work with them and see.

It takes time for SAMe to work. You have to rebuild tissue lost after all. I started at 200mg a day (it was very expensive then), and slowly raised to 600mg a day.

Now I just take 400mg a day. I've tried to quit it, but my pain keeps coming back without it. So I am back on again (3rd time).

It is best to build slowly up in dose IMO. The chemistry has to be rekindled for healing if it has stopped.

People with poor acid in the stomach may dissolve the enteric coating prematurely before the tablet can get to the intestine.
I think that is where the nausea comes from...the tablet dissolving in the stomach where it does not belong.

It is best to take it before eating...that way it will move along quickly and not dissolve in the stomach. In Europe they had only injectable form, you know.

So you've used it for years? I probably stayed with it a couple months each time, maybe...it's pricey and not knowing HOW LONG to stick with it...makes one stop if not feeling any results. I guess. I'm back on glucosamine, I had taken it off and on for years but this time I'm staying with it. Talking about how long to stay with "something", my grape seed ex is a true testiment to this theory....20 yrs soon. But I did get positive results in a week or so in the beginning which told me something...stay with it!

I started it the first year my son started college....it was on sale on an endcap at WalMart's. I was there buying stuff for the dormitory --shower stuff toothpaste etc. It was about $15.00 for 10 tablets of 200mg. (my son will be 34 this month and was 18 at the time). I had just had my MRI on the knee too. It showed synovitis. After a month using it I knew I would continue. It gave me lots of energy which during the post menopausal times I really needed for work.

I managed the pain standing at work with my neodymium magnets.

I took the SAMe for over a decade every day. I stopped about 3 yrs ago thinking I didn't need it anymore. But I was wrong. The process creating the pain started up again. I had thought I had rebuilt my knee. But I was foolish... the process is going to continue forever to destroy it. So I am back on it each morning.
And already in a week I am seeing small improvements (not needing my brace, etc). This is much faster than before.

SAMe is a slow rebuilding supplement. It is not quick like drugs, for pain. But it is one of the few (if any) things with medical research behind it.

Jo, I've used ACV off and on for years. Am off it now...Just went thru a quart recently of braggs...don't know if it helped me ever or not.

My knee OA has been going on since I was 57 and I'm 77 this year...so 20 yrs. The hip replacement really messed my body up so badly that caused my right side to be shorter, hence the knee got worse, which caused the foot/ankle to advance with OA. At 57 is when I first went to a doc about it, he was a sport med doc. It was creeking, aka crepitus. So I've gone for almost 20 yrs with this knee as it's the hip job that really did me in with whole body alignment. I wear heel lifts now but it was almost 2 yrs before I found out how much shorter my leg was from surgery.

So I don't know what I'll do next, if I didn't have to walk much, I'm OK, just got back from market and was pretty good when I left and now I'm limping. Then I deal with all this nerve damage above the knee. I could scream and sometimes I do.

Still have Prolozone and PRP in my back pocket to do, but again it's the shorter overall right side of body.
