Talking to a health friend on another group and she is a certified health consultant, she was extolling the benefits of Niacinimide and I told her I take 500mg most days and she said I could up dose to 2500mg daily. It's good for so much including arthritis, asthma, insomnia, depression, anxiety, diabetes and other issues mentioned in this link:

Just realized I've been off Niacinimide (B3) for some time now and my knee may be missing it. I can't remember a few yrs ago how I was doing. Looks like 1000mg 3 times daily is a good dosing.
