Default The Importance of Boron

I've worked with Boron for some yrs but I just changed what I take to Tri Boron and have done my own research. I was taking other's words on the importance of Boron for arthritis, osteoporosis and more...

I'm certainly not sure but since I changed to Tri Boron and changed to Super K2 to take with my D3, 2 chronic fingernails are growing like they have not for many years.

Here is important information:

http://altmedicine.about.com/od/herb...de/a/boron.htm

I just talked my friend into getting Tri Boron as her multi contains a mere 150mcg vs 3mg in the Tri product. She has chronic advanced OA and a fracture that will not heal....

There is some information from the US Institute of Medicine Panel on Micronutrients about dietary levels of boron here; http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK222322/ .

As far as I can see there is no evidence that boron is needed for the function(s) of any human protein.

I pretty much read this whole link and then did a search on Walter Last who now resides in Queensland. This is a strong thorough ton of information on boron, borax, boric acid...the whole history from Walter Last. And Dr. Neeham's (sp) work with borax/boron and how it's been "silenced".

http://www.health-science-spirit.com/borax.htm

I have other health friends on alternative healing groups who take borax and or boron daily and they have good benefits from it.

One just will decide who they want to believe to help with "cures" or better management.

Reading some more on Boron and talking to other health folks, I've been taking boron but realize probably not enough. In my reading I found info that Israel has lowest arthritis incidence and high boron soil. And I "think" I read that Israel does not fluoridate.

I'm upping my dose to 6-9mg daily but think IF my joints are too far gone. But I keep trying to find more comfort.
