Default Olive Oil and Arthritis

I heard this from others about dosing with Olive Oil thru the day. I've never done it and maybe it's time I try it. My knees are not getting less stiff...

Anyone work with Olive Oil for arthritis? I would continue with my Omega 3's but add the Olive Oil dosing.

Another online friend sent me info on cottage cheese with flax seed oil every day. It's from the Johanna Budwig healing info. I stay away from dairy as a rule...

I've forgotten I have a bottle of Hemp Oil in the refrigerator and will use it too in the above 4 tsps per day I'm working with now:

I've renewed my interesting in Organic Olive Oil consumption for the Stiff knees, I've done it a little over the
years but didn't stick with OOO, but in past years took Olive Leaf Extract capsules and got out of the
habit back in 2017 as I found some caps in a bottle with this date...I threw them out and bought two new
bottles to start on these again . There is a lot of info on OLE and old knees and check it out if you
have an interest. Late 2016 and into 2017 was the time frame I went thru the miserable knee infection and 4.5 months of hospital and rehabs...hence the unused bottle of OLE.....

Seems like I'm the only one here with joint issues...

Which form of arthritis do you mean?

Rheumatoid arthritis and Osteoarthritis have different properties.
