I can help answer some of your questions. I've been surviving with it for many years. I know how much it sucks, but there are changes you can make that will improve your quality of life.

Hello! I haven't been diagnosed. I'm in so much pain in my hips/back, feet/ankles, and spasms in my ribs. I have a small, very itchy, patch on my lower back about the size of a dime and my navel is itchy even though I'm a very clean person. I don't know if my spots are connected to this joint pain. Waiting on my rheumy appt.

You could check the

Just a thought.

I just found this link on natural remedies and read some of the comments at the bottom of the link.

http://abcnews.go.com/Health/Wellnes...?id=19886316#4

I deal with OA and now starting a new endeavor with high Vit C for joint pain. A friend is getting help with higher Vit C for her OA knees...but not psoriatic.
