Default Back to taking Lecithin (Sunflower Oil)

I took lec i thin many yrs ago and then went off. Thru others talking about choline etc...and some research I'm back to Sunflower Lecitin and believe I'm feeling some benefits with elimination process and joints too. I just found this and Sunflower Oil and Lecithin are discussed. Oils are important.

I'm taking 2 softgels of Now Sunflower Lecithin daily after breakfast.
