Default Arthritis

Hi all
M names Alison and I have just been diagnosed with RSD, I am 12 years old. Ive had several blood tests taken that came back with a raised number for Arthritis. (I think it was a bit higher than what it should have been)
Does this mean I am at risk of developing Athritis, or does it mean that I already have it??
My hospital didnt really tell me and my parents what this ment.
Please REPLY
Many thanks
Alison
