I'm looking for a stem cell support group to talk to others who opted for stem cells for knee joints especially. These are pretty pricey for the regular person...

Back to my Coconut Oil protocol. and Arthritis and Arthritic Knees.

This is a condition MOST will have in one form or another before they leave this earth. I had my first sign at 18 and I've been managing it for over 60 yrs and have tried and used many supplements and one pharma drug that put me in the ER in the 80's....

Here is one Food source that can really help and I've been using and taking it for many years but for some reason just got off it a lot recently, but now back on it...right now drinking my morning coffee with 1/2 tsp of C.O. in it. I think I read a while back it's called bulletproof coffee or some term like that.

Our joints need oiled just like our autos.

C.O. also supports low thyroid. And other benefits. Great for dental health as I've been using C.O. toothpaste for some yrs and my dentists don't like that.

Take this info or don't. But there is probably not anyone over say 40 or so who does not have some form of arthritis and it advances with aging.

Coconut oil is essentially irrelevant to rheumatoid arthritis which is an auto-immune disease.

On this subject for joint stiffness and my knee is the worst, lower back not great, I find when my "system" is cleaned out that my joints feel a lot better. Now that I'm back on C.O. daily, I'm cleaning out better. And it makes sense that we can be lighter and less stiff when clean. And I've had issues all my life in this area and for too many years didn't concentrate on foods and how much damage and goodness they can do.

My "go to" solution for painful-stiff joints is gentle movement. It's the only alternative I have, all of Big Pharma's pill solutions have consequences that I can't abide by.

Think Qigong.
