Treatments for Aging Knees

Stem Cells are mentioned here...so many poo poo PRP and Stem Cells, but they are talked about more and more.

OA onset at 18, now 77. Fibro onset at 61, Hip Replacement "mess" 72 (nerve damage, IT band damage, shorter leg). Otherwise, pretty good health.

Most important supplement: grape seed extract

I'm looking for a stem cell support group to talk to others who opted for stem cells for knee joints especially. These are pretty pricey for the regular person...
