Default HGH and Arthritis

The end of this link goes into the HGH and arthritis issues.

Potential Cures for Arthritis Pain | DrKimsAgeWellSolutions

I'm 81, deal with bodywide OA and a nasty damaged knee and have a SURGERY PHOBIA...one hip replacement did me in so no more surgeries for this gal.

Since I've been using a homeopathic gel, my issues are improving in spite of my aging years. I'm using the "gel" now going on 8 months.

A major change is the amount of ibuprofen I've been taking for some yrs...from 2 every 6 hrs to 1 every six hours with food in stomach of course.

If anyone has an interest, let me know I can talk further to you.
OA onset at 18, now 79. Fibro onset at 61, Hip Replacement "mess" 72 (nerve damage, IT band damage, shorter leg). Otherwise, pretty good health.

Most important supplement: grape seed extract
