Default Help please

I am a 60 years 'young' woman. I have just completed the test that asks you lots of questions to establish whether you have ADHD. I scored the highest at 28!... Ive always thought I was a little different to others and I never really knew why. Anybody out there I can have a chat with about this. I'm not going to my doctors. I want to get some self-help, books to read, because now I know what is wrong and why I say inappropriate things and interrupt and fly into tempers - I want to know how to stop doing it!
