I know that 30-50+ years ago, before stimulants for children, mothers sat their ADHD kids down and set timers for them to work on skills. They progressively lengthened the time. I think these mothers were intuitively "re-wiring" and "strengthening" their children's brain connections. I do not call it a cure. But it did help.

there is a way but i still consider it taking meds you can buy a common drug over the counter at most gvc pharmacies it is a healthfood as well and will bennefet just about anyone it is called st. john's wort hey it worked for me for a couple of months

Lightbulb Essential fatty acids...

specifically from fish oil will remove the need for drugs, for many ADHD patients.

We did this for my son over 10 yrs ago...and he does actually better on fish oil than he did with Ritalin.

We used a high DHA containing form, which seemed more effective, than plain fish oil. You can get high DHA just taking 3 capsules a day, or buying the special one: Carlson's Super DHA 500mg.

I don't think St.John's wort is that great for ADHD.
